I'm listening to - Mikey!!! He has finished his EP for uni. Here is the link http://www.myspace.com/mikekandthemosaics
cheers
Give it a play.

I really admire people who put themselves out there (in the public domain) to pursue their dreams. Very cool!!!

David Cross - Bigger and Blackerer deluxe LP just arrived in the mail.
Listening to it, and stroking its velvet sleeve. VELVET SLEEVE!

I'll keep talking to myself.

For anyone with an awesome taste in music, you can stream a song from DeVotchKa's upcoming album, 100 Lovers, here - http://drownedinsound.com/news/4141634-listen--stream-new-devotchka-track-contrabanda?ticker

Broken Bells are fairly popular. Mercer was better in The Shins.

I much prefer The Shins to Broken Bells. In fact, BB only have one good song (the high road).

Didn't know about The Shins. I prefer the bands new sound, but I also enjoyed listening to a few Shin tracks. Any other bands with similar sounds Gunn? I am not well versed in this music genre.

Listen to The Shins' album 'Chutes Too Narrow'. It's great. Wincing the Night Away, their most recent, was a huge let down for fans (I disliked it).

Similar bands to The Shins - Arcade Fire, The Decemberists, Iron and Wine, Death Cab for Cutie.

Fuck yes.

Actually I've been giving Rome a lot of airplay recently, as the new Collectors edition vinyl is out soon.

Truly beautiful album, Norah Jones is amazing on it.

The Smiths. Been listening to them flatout lately. Morrissey is the best.

Blitzen Trapper - American Goldwing (album).

In the past, Trapper have been very hit and miss for me. Generally on the shit side.

But American Goldwing changes all of that. This album is fantastic. Gets a solid 9/10 from me. Brilliant.

Metallica & Lou Reed

This is the worst album ever produced. No joke. I spent $22 and I will never get it back again! And I am a metallica fan! This is worse than St Anger!
